Refund Policy

Clear steps for requesting refunds within 7 days of delivery.

General Conditions

Requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all accessories and valid proof of purchase. Approval depends on the supplier’s product policy; non-qualifying requests may be declined.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the same payment channel used in the original order. Timing depends on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

How to Request

Submit a refund request from your order page or the Help Center. The supplier will verify the claim and coordinate return or resolution with the buyer.

Platform Role

Adilbaba acts as an intermediary to ensure fairness but is not the shipper or direct seller.
